Matt, Barbie & their 3 children moved to North Carolina in July 2021. Ever since their kids were little, hanging out in the kitchen was always entertaining. Mom & Dad always passing around fresh hand-made appetizers and home cooked meals. Nothing has changed! The kitchen is where the magic happens, and memories are made for a lifetime!
Barbie has several years invested as a business & marketing professional. Her attention to detail, organizational skill, reliability, and great tenacity has all contributed to her success. In combination with entertaining, her love for the Food Network and ability to give collaborative ideas, is why Barbie brings something special to the table.
Matt is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and has spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry. Some career highlight’s: Chef at The Hotel Intercontinental in NYC, where he prepared multiple platforms of elevated cuisine for New York’s finest athletes and Hollywood elites. Chef & Director of corporate executive facilities and most recently, the Director of Sales for a national food company.
Matt’s passion, creativity & talent led us to the creation of Carolina Charcuterie Co. What started out as a fun hobby has turned into a full-time business.
